November 2010, FMSG formed an exclusive partnership with Watsons -- a member of A.S.Watson Group, a wholly-owned subsidiary og Hutchison Whampoa Limited - to leverage on Watson' extensive network of health and beauty stores in Singapore to create a new TV network to offer "real-time" internet delivery of health and beauty and fashion programming - providing a brand new experience in retail shopping.

According to Proximity Shop - Proximity's regional hub for Retail and Shopper Marketing -- Specialist projects, "70% of purchase decisions are made atpshelf which often leaves markets with anywhere between 3 and 6 seconds to convert a purchase". The Grey and G2's 2010 'Eye on Asia' Retail Study revealed that "Asian shoppers take time to study products in-store but almost two-thirds of the final purchase choices are made in-store.
